Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates will typically have 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience in working in the App Marketing industry.
Ability to communicate in Russian and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.

Understanding of the app marketers and app ecosystem.
Ability to work with and educate new advertisers.
Ability to be proactive, organized, responsible, and work well in a team.
