The Microsoft 365 Enabler is responsible for overseeing Microsoft Evergreen changes, ongoing new ways of adopting new ways of working using the tools that Microsoft 365 suite of tools and services enable. They act as the bridge between the business and IT, ensuring that the platform aligns withthe organization's goals, needs, and culture. They also work closely with other stakeholders, such as end users, champions, administrators, and vendors, to provide guidance, support, and feedback
Managing the adoption and org. change mgmt. aspects of the evergreen nature of the platform, ensuring that updates and new features are rolled out in a timely and effective manner, with minimal disruption and maximum value.
Drive adoption and change management, promoting the benefits and best practices of using Microsoft 365, and providing training, coaching, and support to end users and champions.
Work with technical, governance teams as well as security and compliance, to ensure that the platform adheres to the organization's policies, standards, and regulations, and that the data and information are protected and governed.
Demand management, ensuring that the needs and requirements of the organization are being met by the platform, and that the platform is not over- or under-utilized.
Assist in building a roadmap for employee experience, identifying ways to improve the digital employee experience through the use of Microsoft 365 tools and services, and measuring the impact and outcomes.
Managing performance and quality, monitoring and reporting on the availability, reliability, and usability of the platform, and resolving any issues or incidents.
Managing relationships and partnerships, collaborating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders, such as IT, business units, vendors, and Microsoft, and providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
