As a Analyst in the Business Support Management team, you will be responsible for Expense Management (EM) functional requirements, Business Change Management and ad hoc Business Support Management projects.
Job responsibilities
- Fulfil Expense Management (EM) functional requirements for JPMSC including:
- Operate as a subject matter expert of the CIB Expense Policies and procedures; assist in reporting initiatives, such as expense data analysis
- Provide review, approval and monitoring of T&E and invoice expenditure referencing expense policies, operating the local expense tool with proficiency.
- Partner with corporate functions and Core Expense Management team as policy & system changes occur, ensuring communication, training and support is offered to stakeholders.
- Fulfil Business Change Management Function (BSM/Location strategy):
- Manage Joiner / Leaver / Transfer’s system access; floor/physical access control for CIB Restricted areas, Real Estate and Workspace management, review/approval/provisioning of technology hardware, business continuity plan coordinator support
- Support real-estate activities including move champion as required
- Support to JPMSC Branches (Currently Beijing and Shanghai, with planned future growth to other cities in China).
- Fulfill Other Duties: assist in ad hoc Business Support Management projects
- Partner with key stakeholders within the JPMSC entity and BSM for Branch expansions
- Liaise between the Line of Business (LOB), BSM Mumbai HUB and Offshore BSM teams to execute daily activity.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Proven operational track record, especially in managing change
- Ability to implement new processes, escalate issues and communicate with influence
- Strong control mind-set and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with a proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Strong Microsoft Office capabilities especially excel and power point
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- Work independently whilst also operating effectively in a team-based environment
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Be a self-starter, prioritize and manage a demanding workload
- Develop relationships and demonstrate influence across a range of functions
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Investment Banking related, previous working experiences of control functions are preferred
