Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
9 years of experience working on technology policy issues within government, think tanks, public interest groups, or related industry associations.
Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Japanese with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with product managers and engineers.
Experience working on a global team with a variety of stakeholders.
Experience in public policy issues relating to digital advertising personalization, including digital advertising ecosystems and digital privacy issues.
Familiarity with internet technologies, policy, and political environments.
Ability to write and translate complex issues into simple language suitable for various audiences.
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
