Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, ADFS and PKI preferably in a large-scale environment
Good understanding of Microsoft 365 Defender Suite, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Entra ID, IaaS, Network Security, Data Security
Multiyear experience in a customer-facing role in information technology (IT)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Fluency in both written and verbal English & Italian languages is required
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity and Certification with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, Sentinel and Defender
Responsibilities
Actively engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement, and usage of customer-owned Microsoft Identity and Security Solutions. Identify resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects.
Articulate, demo, and present complex customer concepts to varying audiences, such as BDMs (Business Decision Makers) & ITDMs (Information Technology Decision Makers). Be the Microsoft Identity and Security subject matter expert with the ability to design customer solutions, lead presentations, demonstrations, and design thinking workshops.
