Job Responsibilities: -

  • Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve all aspects of SDLC from commit to production deployment, evidenced through existing measurement and metrics or define new metrics and processes
  • Drive efficiencies at scale and drive appropriate policies and practices i.e., amplify efficiencies through faster automated rollout of tools and processes or come up with solutions to remove in-efficiencies for Corporate Investment Banking
  • Create new avenues if required (office-hours, developer forums, etc.) solving issues/problems for teams on the ground i.e., have ears on the ground for Corporate Investment Banking
  • Leverage vast amounts of data to discern issues before the issue becomes a huge problem for Business Unit or the firm.
  • Evaluate new tools and methods by PoC/Pilots i.e., Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and automation
  • Represent the function by being the voice in large forums (internal or external)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: -

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree in computer science, Engineering is an added plus
  • Strong hands-on experience in CI/CD Pipelines in a distributed environment using GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Docker registry, etc.- Expertise in Harness is an added plus
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
  • Experience with micro-services, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Expertise in one or more development languages e.g., Java, Python, JS
  • Data mining and querying against relational and non-relational databases
