As a Specialist Solution Architect (Specialist SA, Mainframe), you will be part of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Solution Architect (SA) team. As an expert with deep insights into mainframes and running workloads, you will lead the resolution of business and technical challenges faced by customers as they migrate their mainframe workloads to the AWS cloud and maximize the benefits of the cloud.

- メインフレームで稼働するシステムを対象として、プリセールス、コンサルテーション、導入、運用などの業務に対する7年以上の経験(7+ years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, implementation, and operations for systems running on mainframes)
- お客様と的確にコミュニケーションができる能力、また高度な技術を平易な言葉で説明できる能力(Ability to communicate effectively with customers and explain advanced technologies in plain language)
- 社内外の組織を自ら横断して働くことができる能力(Ability to work across internal and external organizations independently.)
- 日々進化するクラウド技術や、自身にとって新しい技術領域について継続的に学ぶ好奇心と学習の習慣(Curiosity and habit of continuous learning about evolving cloud technologies and new technology domains)
- 読み書きに支障がないレベルの英語力。流ちょうなものでなくとも、英語での会話に抵抗感なくチャレンジできること(English proficiency for reading and writing, and willingness to engage in conversations without hesitation, even if not fluent)
- LinuxまたはWindowsや、ネットワーク・ストレージ・データベースといった一般的なITに関する基礎的な知識(Basic knowledge of general IT such as Linux, Windows, networking, storage, Database)
