What will you be doing?

  1. Developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to position as great places to work.
  2. Planning and optimizing recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience.
  3. Conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
  4. Advising and training managers on interview skills to ensure quality of hire and compliance with ethical standards.
  5. Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
  6. Leading a team by guiding, coaching and motivating direct reports to achieve performance with integrity.
  7. Monitoring team‘s activities and providing guidance to ensure they are compliant with laws, policies and standard.
  8. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate with bi-weekly meetings.
  9. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  10. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  11. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  12. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  13. Performs other related duties as assigned.
