Job responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis and business process workflow analysis with strong analytical skills and business knowledge
- Capture business requirements and demonstrate ability to create effective user cases with available digital capabilities within the firm, which may include intelligent automation toolkit, machine learning packages etc.
- Work with business stakeholders, technology, Automation Intelligent teams to deliver digital pilot projects and demonstrate business value.
- Create project plans for transformation projects and communicate tasks, milestone dates, status to various stakeholders from operations, business, technology etc.
- Provide regular progress updates and project showcase to senior management and global stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- At least 5 years’ experience in financial services or a related industry sector such as professional services, or technology providers.
- Experience in articulating incubation and proof of concept ideas that demonstrate value, taking through to execution.
- Experience with program management or project management
- Ability to multi-task and proven problem solving capability with demonstrated ability to drive issues through to resolution.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience with Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau, and Python an advantage.
- Understanding of the Securities Services preferred.
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning preferred.
- Business architect experience preferred
