Key Qualifications
- You have hands-on experience as a VLSI Engineer.
- Project/program management experience is required.
- You have multiple VLSI subject areas experience (Design, Verification, Physical Design, FPGA), including experience with post silicon activities: Silicon Validation, Debug, Chip bring up, Product Engineering.
- Familiar with both SW release and ASIC design flows.
- Working independently experience and with remote leadership is required.
- You should be able to comprehend and deal well with rapid changes, while remaining calm and flexible.
- Excellent communication, presentation, social, and leadership skills are meaningful.
- Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.
- Willing to travel few times a year.
- Ability to fluently speak and write in English.
Education & Experience
B.Sc / M. Sc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from leading universities.
