Accounts Payable Analyst analyses accounts payable transactions to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Maintains and reconciles accounts payable ledger. Being an Accounts Analyst analyzes and resolves discrepancies in billing and payments and recommends improvements to accounts payable policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing the procurements system on a daily basis
• Manage the accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment, including coding invoices, matching purchase orders, obtaining approval, and entering the invoices into the accounting system
• Communicating with vendors to ensure that all invoices are received accurately and compliant with company guidelines
• Coordinating with accounting staff to ensure that payments are processed correctly and performing vendor payment reconciliation

• At least 3 semesters (1.5 years) left until graduation
• High proficiency with office software, Excel at a high level (financial, logical, lookup functions) – must!
• Diligence, responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to learn and work independently
• Tech Savvy and a fast learner
• High attention to detail and well organized, thrives in a multitasking environment, adjusts, and prioritizes accordingly
• Team player – capable of working in a global & multi-disciplinary environment
• High level of English
