Key Responsibilities

1. Formulate strategic and operational objectives and manage the forecast.
2. Facilitating the daily standups for identifying and obstructing to complete the commits and manage the cross disciplinary function within the team.
3. Serves as technical leader and mentor to team members. Accountable for monitoring the progress and development of Fiber engineers.
4. Accountable for project lifecycle E2E, while achieving project goals in high quality manner.
5. Responsible for task management. Plan and lead execution of all tasks. Ensures effective delegation of all assigned tasks to Fiber Engineers team, risk identification, mitigation, and escalations.

1. Monitoring the team performance, analyzing monthly to Quarterly functional metrices.
2. Provide input to Fiber Engineering Manager regarding Out-Side Plant (OSP) projects progress: resource needs, costs, milestones, challenges, and risks.
3. Provides high quality delivery of all assigned tasks within the required timeline.
4. Team motivation and new idea generation to improve team quality and efficiency.

Critical Experience

1. 6-12 years of of Experience in Fiber (OSP/ISP) network through work on at least one of the following areas: design, drafting, pole load analysis, JPA
2. Experience working tools: Aramis, QGIS, ArcGIS, Waldo, Osmose O-calc
3. Proficient in MS tools (Word, Excel Power Point, Outlook, Teams etc.) which is used in day-to-day work.
