This program will require a candidate that can root cause and identify solutions for complex and ambiguous problems. A key component of the role is to identify improvement opportunities by monitoring existing metrics, analyzing data, and design and develop automated reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions. You will enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.In this role, you will help identify, track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve the Customer Experience on Amazon.com. You will be expected to operate independently with minimal guidance and have the ability to ruthlessly prioritize competing priorities. Advanced experience with SQL, Excel and Quicksight is required.Key job responsibilities
• Produce written recommendations and insights for key stakeholders that will help shape effective strategies.
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions
• Simplify and automate reporting, audits, and other data activities; build solutions to have maximum scale and self-service ability by stakeholders.
• Solve complex and broad business problems with analytically derived solutions, applying appropriate analytical best practices.
• Develop programs, methodologies, and reports for analyzing and presenting data.
• Effectively collaborate in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams in a large organization.
- 2+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
