Join Check Point as a Senior DevOps Engineer/Cloud Solution Architect

• Scaling & Growth: Take ownership of all aspects of our Cloud Infrastructure, manage Kubernetes clusters, and ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Developer Support: Provide support to Software Engineers and collaborate with engineers to address infrastructure and deployment process shortcomings.
• Improvement of Process: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and work closely with the team to identify and address infrastructure and deployment process shortcomings.
• Monitoring and Alerting: Build intelligent alerting systems, proactively identify potential security threats and reliability issues, and advocate for solutions to enhance security and reliability.
• Development: Expand infrastructure products and software automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.

• 5-7+ years of experience with DevOps practices.
• Strong experience with AWS, with additional experience in Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure as an advantage.
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).
• Proven experience with Kubernetes and Docker (EKS, GKE, AKS, kops, K3S).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Travis, CircleCI) and GitOps tools like ArgoCD/FluxCD.
• Strong understanding of logging and monitoring systems (ELK, EFK/OFK, Loki/Grafana stack, Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Thanos, CloudWatch).
• Solid Bash/Python scripting skills and excellent Linux/UNIX skills.
• Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, Kubernetes networking, Cloud Networking).
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional), Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Terraform Associate, and others are advantageous.
