What you will do:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Handel all Event inquiries at the various stages: Proposing, following up, negotiating and contracting.
- Ensure a detailed handover to the Community & Operations team, outlining previous discussions, expectations, and needs, so they can produce a fabulous
- event.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and improve marketing campaigns.
- Generate new leads and business opportunities through personal outreach and outbound sales efforts.
- Organize local/Open house events for industry professionals and prospects
- Attend local networking events and conferences to promote our offering
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue partnerships with potential clients, event planners, and corporate accounts.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze revenue reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, vendors, and suppliers to maximize profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Build relationships with all local competitors and surrounding businesses
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a sales role within the Events or Hospitality industries (Sales experience is a MUST)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working at various event spaces and/or event agencies in Berlin - a Plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce- a Plus
- English- Minimum C1 level (Advanced/Proficient) a must, German- a Plus
