As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of plans and activities, from idea to execution to post-analysis. You will use existing channels and generating new ones, as well as monitoring and optimizing our customer performance.

  • Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives to improve user experience, retention, and average order value (AOV) by analyzing, packaging, and optimizing the user journey from subscription through the entire lifecycle.
  • Manage and develop end-to-end communication plans, including go-to-market, marketing promotions, in-product messaging, email marketing, and external communications, across various channels.
  • Initiate and implement effective testing strategies and methodologies to find new growth opportunities and improve results
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics, providing insightful reports and recommendations to senior management on a regular basis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Marketing, Design, and Email Marketing to develop and implement cohesive retention strategies
  • Manage a diverse range of projects, from concept to implementation and post-analysis, ensuring timely and effective execution
Requirements
  • 3-4 years' experience in Product Marketing or other relevant experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2C environment.
  • Experience with user journeys and funnels - an advantage
  • Proven track record of creative problem-solving, coupled with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Experience handling large datasets and marketing analysis.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • A dynamic team player with a positive attitude, high levels of curiosity, initiative, independence, and rapid learning ability.
