As a leader within the Competitor Monitoring Team (CMT), you'll lead a team of applied scientists, playing a key role in the evolution of our Competitive Monitoring systems. You'll solve the world's most complex technical challenges in Crawling, Large-scale computing, Product Matching, Optimization, and Prediction & Forecasting.Key job responsibilities
• Understand in-depth the technical and scientific issues related to Natural Language Processing, Image Processing and Optimization• Develop new solutions and science best practices• Research the problem domain and develop novel approaches to solve customer problems.• Drive adoption of new science and best practices among partner teams.• Be open to experiment quickly and fail fast.• Collaborate with engineers to develop end-to-end solutions to the business problems.• Ideate on future roadmap for science in CMT, and CMT in general.

• PhD degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, mathematics or another relevant discipline• 10+ years of experience using AI/ML solutions to address Large-scale computing, Product Matching, Optimization and Prediction & Forecasting.• 5+ years of experience leading science teams• Experience in applying machine learning to real-world problems, with demonstrated impact on product or service outcomes• Excellent written and verbal technical communication with an ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences

• Hands on experience of leading teams in launching products that are impactful and scalable.• Experience of delivering large scale AI/ML based solutions• Experience of influencing strategy through cutting edge research
