Responsibilities

• Perform access administration as per service request

• Prepare and maintain installation instruction documents, technical and release procedures

• To be able to identify the Root Cause of the problem, and able to provide non-intrusive workarounds and long term resolutions to the solution with minimal manpower involved.

• To have an understanding of the complex infrastructure architecture

• To be able to breakdown an extremely complex problem into simpler achievable components and plan non-intrusive methods of resolving incidents.

• To support government clients on their audit queries (Application & Infrastructure related).

• To be able to work flexibly to support client related incidents / deployment on weekends & PH

Requirements

• Degree witharound 3+ years of experience in client management for Government related Projects

• Good Analytical Skills in identifying key problem areas

• Good Problem Solving Skills

• SI or Consulting Background preferred

• Experience in Custom build systems, Oracle SQL, Outsystems, AWS (Solution Architect), Oracle Database Administrator
