Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Experience building distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience growing an engineering team over a short period of time.
Experience building scalable back-end infrastructure.
Experience using methodologies and tooling.
Experience with identity, authentication, or security.
Ability to recruit, inspire, and motivate an Engineering team to work together as a cohesive and productive unit.
