Your key responsibilities
- Lead and support analytics team's strategic direction, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Design robust measurement strategies to translate business goals into KPIs.
- Gather business requirements for EY.com based on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) user stories.
- Develop custom analytics tracking requirements for AEM components
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish scalable tagging specifications and implement best practices for analytics.
- Set-up reports to effectively monitor performance, trends, key metrics for global/regional stake holders.
- Engage with BMC Product Managers to understand business requirements.
- Conceptualize and tailor analytics solutions to enhance the functionality of internal applications like the Intranet and Digital Asset Management systems.
- Create and disseminate technical specifications to external vendors for the purpose of implementing an effective digital data layer.
- Organize and lead discussions during user group sessions to explore new tracking enhancements.
- Chair bi-weekly product group meetings, engaging with a diverse set of global and regional stakeholders.
- Support the onboarding process for new BMC applications.
Skills and attributes for success
- Manage the integration of external marketing and analytics tools using the Adobe platform, including Demandbase, D&B, OneTrust, AdobeIO, and CrownPeak.
- Coordinate API integration efforts with the technical team through the Adobe IO platform.
- Gather and document requirements for implementing marketing tags and pixels, in collaboration with key global and regional stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify gaps in pixel tracking across EY.com, suggesting improvements as necessary.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new tags and pixels for the BMC, liaising with the Global Content Operations team as needed.
- Support queries and provide expertise related to Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics within the Adobe Experience Platform.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Proven track record of product management or leadership experience in analytics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and the Adobe Experience Manager platform.
- Experience with APIs and integrating various platforms and marketing tools.
- Ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Strong analytical skills, with a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
