As a crucial TQ team player, you'll:
- research, apply, and analyze professional procedures, policies, and regulations
- follow-up compliance and reporting activities and provide actionable feedback on compliance activities
- regularly monitor compliance with regulations
- bolster a quality and risk-based compliance culture through communication and training initiatives
- work closely with EY's independence and legal teams across Belgium and other countries.
- liaise and handle formalities with our professional body, the Institute for Tax Advisors and Accountants (ITAA)
- proactively enhance Quality and Risk effectiveness.
