Assist clients in designing and developing defendable transfer pricing policies and models.
Perform economic and financial analysis and models.
Assist clients in implementation of their transfer pricing models and policies.
Draft transfer pricing reports for documentation and audit defense purposes.
Assist in developing strategies for clients for obtaining advance pricing agreements and supporting the negotiations between tax authorities.
Work with our international tax team on structuring international arrangements.
Actively mentor and coach transfer pricing junior staff and provide constructive feedback to support their development
Skills And Attributes For Success:
Applying complex transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges
Providing a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing by preparing documents, participating in advanced pricing agreements (APAs) and assisting in defending transfer pricing in audits
Supplying innovative transfer pricing ideas alongside responsive services and work products
Coordinating work with other client service colleagues locally and globally to drive collaboration
Technical skills requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or another relevant discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A minimum of 8 years of transfer pricing related work experience in professional services or professional tax organization
