• Lead Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) projects for domestic corporate clients in the areas of indirect operations such as accounting, human resources, purchasing, and sales back-office operations.
• Acquire new projects.
• Lead the validation of the feasibility of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) as a solution for business transformation, from new business design and execution plan development to the transfer of outsourced business operations and implementation of technology solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in sales, PM, or as a consultant.

• Experience in sales of services (able to communicate with customer executive level) or delivery experience in a business company.
• Able to accurately understand customer needs and issues, and to plan solutions with a sense of speed and responsibility.
