• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to document new features, updates, and cutting-edge technologies
• Design, develop, and maintain knowledge base articles that make complex topics easy to understand for our users
• Ensure that our documentation is clear, concise, and accurate, providing comprehensive resources for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactively update and improve existing documentation based on feedback, product changes, and industry trends
• Take ownership of documentation projects from start to finish, contributing to the continuous improvement of our documentation processes

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical writing or product documentation role, ideally in SaaS, cloud security, or a related field
• Outstanding writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex topics accessible and engaging
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, etc.)
• Self-motivated, independent, and driven to take ownership of projects while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, SaaS products, or cybersecurity is a big advantage
• Experience mentoring others or contributing to documentation planning and coordination is an advantage
• Experience with API documentation – an advantage

Your Impact

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers working with Sales Specialists and the local partners
• Identify and document specific problems with prospective and current customers which can be solved through the deployment of integrated solutions
• Architect and propose validated solutions which address the identified problems in each individual environment
• Delivering presentations/demonstrations to prospective and current clients, PoC (Proof of Concept), RFP/RFI response
• Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, support, and adoption
• Continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain technical leadership of applicable technologies (data center, SDN, public cloud, security, networking, etc.)
• Understand and effectively differentiate Palo Alto Networks against the main competitors

Your Experience

• 6+ years of Sales Engineering/Technical Pre-Sales experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Networking and Network Security (FW, Proxy, etc.)
  • Host Protection (EDR/EPP)
  • Identity Management
  • Data leakage prevention
  • RBI Experience
• Understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent presentation and time management skills
• Proven track record selling complex cyber security enterprise solutions
• Ability to lead by example and be a player coach for the more junior team members
• Building strong relationships with key customers helping them achieve their goals
• Conducting technical discovery calls and meetings
• Work closely with Product and R&D teams to represent the customer and ensure deliverables are in line with customer requirements and specifications
• Self-starter who is driven by outcome and success with strong commercial acumen

Your Career

You will create statistics-based classification algorithms detecting everything from new malware through process behavior and attackers operating in enterprise-scale networks using data from multiple Windows endpoints; from analyzing attack patterns, finding statistical anomalies, and validating that you detect real attacks and APTs on real customer data.

Your Impact

• Research new methods to detect various attack techniques by utilizing enormous amounts and varied types of data
• Use and develop statistical algorithms and techniques to create and improve our analytics detection capabilities
• Take an active role in our collection modules by improving the ones that are already available and investigating new collection modules that will improve the quality of our detections
• Simulate attacks in the lab and conduct a deep analysis of the behavior

Your Experience

• In-depth knowledge of the inner-workings of operating systems (Especially Windows)

• Comfortable conducting research and gathering insights by querying large databases
