Your Impact

• Ensure customers maximize their return on investment by guiding onboarding, driving adoption, and fostering satisfaction and advocacy.

Your Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in customer success, consulting, post-sales technical account management, or similar roles, with experience in cybersecurity

• Proven experience building and executing customer engagement programs in an evolving organization.

• Strong consulting and project management skills, with a track record of acting as a trusted advisor to drive business value.

• Experience managing escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions.

• Highly data-driven, with a focus on metrics, process adherence, and continuous improvement.

• Ability to drive consistent engagement processes across a portfolio of customers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $110,800 - $179,200/YR. As our Senior Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for product quality, test design, and planning. You will develop automation tests and the required infrastructure, focusing on Windows and macOS environments. Your Career

We are looking for a top-notch Principal Automation Engineer to drive our test efforts and automation infrastructure. You will be in charge of, first and foremost, product quality, design and plan required quality assurance tests, you will develop automation tests and needed infrastructure together with deployment to all known cloud providers using python, and working closely with a development team to address issues that were discovered.
