Qualifications:

• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate cross-functionally to fulfill assembly requirements.

Monitor 3PL performance through KPIs such as on-time delivery, quality metrics, and inventory accuracy.

Resolve issues related to warehouse operations in a timely and effective manner.

Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement and operation efficiency.

Conduct regular audits and inspections of 3PL operations to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Verify and reconcile the vendor's billing statement.

Support the implementation of the SAP project

TMC plays a key role in advancing improvements such as image resolution and quality, size increases, and new form factors as the display industry has evolved from CRTs to LCDs, and now to OLED. Role Responsibilities:

1. Perform equipment assembly based on circuit and mechanical assembly drawings.
2. Receive and inspect parts to ensure there are no defects and that all necessary components are available for construction, testing, and maintenance.
3. Verify component quality, conduct vacuum leak tests, pressure holding tests, and pre-power-on equipment checks.
4. Carry out production-related tasks and complete execution records as required by documentation.
5. Complete training, departmental tasks, and assignments from supervisors as requested.
6. Willing to work rotating shifts (Day shift: 07:00–15:30 / Night shift: 15:30–24:00).

6. 需可配合二班輪班作業 (早班7:00-15:30 晚班15:30-24:00)

1. 若無TOEIC 成績，面試前，將安排英文測驗。
2. 大專以上或相等學歷
3. 機械組裝 &電路或設備組裝相關經驗，具視電路圖能力尤佳
4. 具乙級電機 & 電子工業配線證照者尤佳
