クライアント／サーバ・システム等のITパッケージ製品の設置、導入業務. 製品トレーニング等で製品仕様を理解し、且つ継続的にトレーニングに参加することで作業品質維持する. システム導入、アップグレード及び保守業務においては、あらかじめ定められた方法を守り業務を実施する. 業務遂行時を通じて発見された改善機会等について、積極的に部内関係者へエスカレーションする. 顧客サイトにおけるシステム構成、ユーザーの運用状況、改善要望要因などを定期的に更新する. リモートもしくはオンサイトによるお客様納品システムのサポート保守業務. フィールドサービス又はシステムインテグレーション経験1～2年以上. 顧客に論理的に発生事象を説明できるコミュニケーションスキル. オペレーション改善を目的として自分の考えを持ち提案し実行できる. 製品マニュアルを理解し顧客サイトにおいて稼働作業、保守作業を主導. 顧客サイトにおけるシステムの適切な稼働・保守運営において事業部判断が必要になった際の連絡、相談を適時・正確にエスカレーション出来る能力. Network（Router/Switch設定など）の構築. UNIX、Windows、仮想化環境構築経験. 医用画像診断装置もしくはその他装置のトラブルシューティング業務経験. PACSや電子カルテシステムなどの医療系システム導入時におけるSE業務経験. DICOM、HL7、IHEなどの医療システムに用いられる各種規格の知識. 基本的な英語の読み書き（英語で記載された製品マニュアルの理解、英語によるGlobal人員とのメールでのコミュニケーション）....
