Senior Workday HCM Reporting Analyst . We believe that people are our greatest asset. Working as part of the Global People Team, this individual will be tasked with supporting our People & Business Leadership with 3D (Data-Driven-Decision) storytelling & outcomes. Key responsibilities include responding to reporting requests, maintaining data integrity, troubleshooting issues, documenting processes, and supporting major People Team cycles like performance management. The role will lean on your strong Workday reporting skills including Prism Analystics as well as knowledge of People Team data sets, processes, analytical abilities, and effective communication with stakeholders to provide actionable data insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report Development: Design, build, and maintain custom Workday reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and calculated fields. Ability to pull data sets from outside of the Workday environment leveraging Workday Prism Analytics.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity through routine audits, validation, and efficient data collection and storage.
