We are currently looking for apprentices wishing to prepare for a BTS (Diploma) in Vehicle Maintenance.

Seize this opportunity, as we are looking for an after-sales service technician (M/F) who matches your profile.

This position will allow you to develop your technical skills through exciting training programs, supplemented by continuous hands-on training, provided by an expert technician. You will work in one of our internationally recognized service centers, with the possibility of visiting other sites for training and assistance as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, with or without supervision, depending on skill level.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of Tesla vehicles' systems and subsystems.
• Clean and maintain vehicles as needed, inspect vehicles before delivery to customers, either after service completion or after new car deliveries.
• Collaborate with senior technicians on their tasks and take on more complex tasks as part of your development, continuously learning and developing your knowledge and skills.
• Use various manual and powered workshop tools, calibrate and inspect equipment.
• Work with other teams, collaborating with other technicians and service center staff to solve issues and establish best practices.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Work as efficiently as possible and maintain a well-organized workspace.
• Follow all repair guidelines specified by Tesla to the accepted quality levels, adhering to safety instructions at all times.
• Maintain records related to time, expenses, and materials.

Requirements:

• Education in a field related to mechanics or electricity, or equivalent technical work experience in the automotive industry or a related industry (aeronautics, engines, electricity, marine, aviation, other mechanics, etc.).
• Holding a full valid European driving license at the time of application
• Ability to learn and adapt to a changing environment while meeting key performance indicators.
• Must be highly motivated to develop your skills and knowledge and demonstrate a performance-driven mindset.
• Ability to collaborate and succeed in a dynamic team environment, positively contributing to the collective environment and team spirit.
• Motivation to work in a constantly evolving environment that introduces new technologies and working methods.
• A good understanding of English, along with the ability to translate technical concerns to our customers.
• Passion for Tesla and the role of promoting and being an ambassador for the brand to our customers.
