This role is based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for coming up with creative new ideas to expand our product and improve our customer experience. You will create product strategies consistent with the company’s vision, and translate them into detailed requirements and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive business and customer research to identify new opportunities consistent with Yotpo’s vision
• Create wireframes and UX flows that will solidify these opportunities into products and features.

About the Role:

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand our current Salesforce setup, identify areas for improvement, and implement scalable solutions that align with industry best practices and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Development : Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce-based solutions, including custom applications, automation, and integrations with third-party tools.
• Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, adhering to security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
• Business Process Analysis : Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate and improve existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing Salesforce-based solutions to ensure best practices in development, adhering to security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
• Solution Design and Implementation : Develop technical specifications and implement thoughtful, high-quality solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Cross-Platform Solutions : Act as the technical point of contact for designing and implementing complex, cross-platform solutions, supporting all Information Systems (IS) initiatives.
• Agile Development : Work in an Agile environment, contributing to user stories, continuous integration, and test-driven development to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Documentation and Collaboration : Maintain clear and thorough documentation for all technical designs, processes, and solutions. Foster strong collaboration between technical teams and business users to ensure successful project outcomes.

About You:

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, limitations, and the latest technology offerings.
• Strong internal client-facing skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate and improve business processes, identifying inefficiencies and designing scalable Salesforce solutions to enhance operational performance.
• Proficiency in APEX, with experience developing and deploying custom Salesforce applications.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration technologies (iPass), with hands-on experience developing platform integrations.
• Agile development experience, with a solid understanding of user stories, continuous integration, and test-driven development.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Org Development Model (e.g., sfdx, scratch orgs) is a plus.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., LWC) is a plus.

As a Product Content Designer at Yotpo, you’ll be using your writing and storytelling skills to build amazing user experiences for our customers. Your day-to-day will include guiding designers in crafting clear, effective in-product copy. You’ll collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure consistency, clarity, and a cohesive voice across the platform. Your role will include setting content guidelines, providing strategic input on messaging, reviewing and refining copy, and ensuring a seamless user experience through well-crafted language.

You’ll create content for in-product flows, dashboards, navigation, and more.

You’ll create short, instructional texts such as buttons, error messages, tooltips, and form field labels.

Responsibilities:

• Create clear, compelling, and accurate in-product microcopy
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, Developers, and other stakeholders
• Guide and support designers in creating clear, compelling, and accurate in-product microcopy.
• Establish and maintain content guidelines to ensure consistency across the product.
• Review, refine, and approve UX copy to enhance clarity and usability.
• Provide feedback and direction to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user experience.
• Manage multiple projects effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Written English at native level
• 3+ years of experience as a UX writer
• Passionate about writing user-focused content and a great eye for detail
• Ability to independently lead a content domain and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Familiarity with user experience concepts (advantage)

Your experience:

• 3+ years of experience working as a Business/Data/Product Analyst or a similar role at an internet company
• BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience with at least one BI tool: Tableau, Looker, Qlikview, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of English
• Experience with DBT– an advantage
• Experience defining events for analyzing user interaction — an advantage
• Experience supporting A/B test execution — an advantage
