WHAT YOU’LL DO:

· Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their value to our customers for our cloud segment

· Demonstrate ability to position and advise to CISO level executives with industry Point-of-View business insights; Continue to listen, build and grow executive relationships with customers

· Develop and close business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, in a way that reflects Wiz values

· Align with Wiz partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity

· Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

· Minimum 3 years selling mid-enterprise solutions in the cloud/security space

· Proven track record of effective selling within the specific geographical territory listed

· Good standing relationships with previous sales operation teams

· Ability to build great internal partnerships with key business units and their stakeholders

· A consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers

· Ability to pivot in a meeting vs. sticking to a script

· A proven track record managing accounts in cloud or cybersecurity ecosystem to elevate the business

We are looking for an experienced and motivated sales leader to join Wiz. In this role, you will report to the RVP of Sales. As a Regional Director of Sales for Switzerland, you will manage a team of sales executives in a defined geographical territory. You willbe responsible for

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage a team of account executives each responsible for a specific geographical territory outlined and defined by Wiz
  • Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their value to our customers
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals andobjectives
  • Identifynew business opportunities andestablishrelationships with potential clients to expand the customer base
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and solutions engineering teams to ensure a unified approach to sales and customer service
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance andidentifyareas for improvement
  • Set performance goals for the sales team and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to drive individual and team success
  • Develop andmaintainrelationships with key customers to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction
  • Stayup-to-datewith industry trends and best practices in sales and use this knowledge to inform sales strategy and tactics
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on sales performance to executive leadership

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5+ years' experience managing and leading a team of 4+ enterprise account executives
  • 4+ years' sales experience of complex cloud or security
  • Proventrack recordof achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategy andidentifyareas for improvement
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing best practices and industry trends
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
