As a Senior Data Scientist on our Customer Care team, you’ll focus on improving our customer care user experience using AI-based technology. You'll develop state-of-the-art LLM-based chatbot solutions and knowledge management systems. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Develop and enhance LLM-based chatbot solutions and knowledge management systems

• Apply and fine-tune generative AI models to improve user experience and customer care efficiency

• Develop models for specific use cases like intent classification, ambiguity detection, retrieval re-ranking, etc

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions within existing frameworks

• Mentor team members in AI techniques and best practices

Join our Kyiv Design Hub as an Illustrator, where you'll support the diverse illustration needs of Wix's design teams. You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of styles, from editorial and vector illustrations to more expressive pieces, and play a key role in evolving our brand's visual language. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Support Wix’s content, marketing, and internal design teams with a variety of illustration needs

• Create illustrations across different fields, including editorial, vector arts, and UI elements

• Produce illustrations that follow Wix’s defined visual language and guidelines, as well as develop off-brand visuals for projects that allow greater creative freedom

• Develop complex narrative illustrations when needed

• Contribute to the evolution of Wix’s illustration languages and the Wix brand
