ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as initial point of contact and counsel for a variety of legal matters in China (especially Shenzhen site) and other APAC countries, Hong Kong and Taiwan, including sales and marketing, employment, regulatory compliance and litigation.

As an HR Business Partneryou will provide strategic people consultation across the Global Operations function for Hard Disk Drives (HDD) in China. This role will own and drive the Site General Manager’s talent strategy - translating business plans into talent, engagement, and organization plans.
