• Independently provide support to project managers to ensure project tasks, status are up to date. For example: Collecting Program Status Information, an update cycle of work plans, issues, and changes, collected from project leads at routine intervals.
• Provide support for the tools and software used by the project management teams throughout the organization, He/she should have fair understanding of Azure DevOps tool.
• Perform periodic process audits, review process setup lead times, and continuously review and improve the process.
• Consults the stakeholders to identify and learn about current procedures and to clarify further requirements. Supports the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of all SAP processes related to the area of responsibility.
• Manage and control the access to formulation information data due to sensitivity of data. Communicate key digital messages, goals, and objectives to team members in their local geographies or business units to drive alignment and a high-performance culture.
• Helping on digitization of the site leveraging SAP, Power BI, and technology lead initiatives to drive real time decision making.
• Provide reports on the detailed financial planning, reporting, and analysis of the Digital and Transformation Projects, analysis to the Project Directors.
• Lead global/regional initiatives and other special projects/duties assigned, as necessary.

• Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, Project Management required

• Minimum 5 years 5+ years of relevant experience required

Job Summary:

This role will also help determine business needs and design & deliver technical solutions for these areas. The role handles the delivery of Quality systems including project delivery, system configuration and enhancement plus production support in alignment with West D&T and company policies and procedures will be your main focus.

• Possesses solid understanding of overall vision and business needs and utilize specialized expertise to collaborate with Quality and Operations to define detailed User Stories for D&T enablement of business needs. This includes interpreting any issues and recommending solutions or best practices.
• Utilizes knowledge of best practices to help determine business needs and design & deliver technical solutions for QA, in partner with Application and Infrastructure.
• Essential core member of agile sprint team(s) to configure and develop optimal technical solutions / features.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields, or equivalent experience require

• Solid SAP skills – system functionality and technical understanding of PP and related areas (QM, MM, PM)
