In this role, you will:

• Lead a variety of servicing activities for moderately complex commercial products, including coordinating all aspects to ensure customer resolution
• Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record to ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Minimum 5 years of LIQ proficiency or equivalent lending platforms.
• Minimum 5 years of training related expertise such as drafting training plans, conducting training courses, defining onboarding milestones etc.
• Minimum 5 years of supervising daily deliverables of the team and performing critical end-of-day check-out
• Exposure to and/or experience inSyndication/Participation,trades, and foreign loan originations
• Knowledge of loan documentation; construction loan budget monitoring experience; and title work experience.

Job Expectations:

• Is responsible for performing a variety of operational tasks for highly complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require basic knowledge of unit functions and systems. Duties may include:
• Perform trades allocations for Money manager advisory accounts and ensure accurate maintenance on the systems by adhering to the agreed service levels.
• Good Understanding on financial products and severity of the process which involves dealing with highly sensitive accounts.
• Additional functions of receiving notifications on trade corrections from money manager and to perform swiftly with in guidelines.
• Handling escalated requests requiring clarification & research to provide an accurate resolution.
• Liaising with Money managers, Financial advisors & Traders regarding trades specific discrepancies.
• Interaction with Financial Advisors, Investment Managers, Business counterparts to gather process/product related information.
• Perform the above assigned tasks independently and seek assistance in a timely manner.
