Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English (min. C1)

Job Description

The Power Apps Developer / Power Platform Automation Specialist will design, develop, and maintain custom business applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform and a small handful of other tools. This role requires hands-on experience building Power Apps, integrating with data sources such as SQL Server, Dataverse, and other databases, and automating workflows using Power Automate. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions. Bonus qualifications include experience with PowerShell, Python, and task scheduling tools like Windows Task Scheduler or cron.

• Design and develop Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps tailored to business needs
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows to automate data retrieval, transformation, and population across systems
• Integrate Power Apps with SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources
• Create custom connectors and use APIs to extend Power Platform capabilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Platform solutions
• Document solutions, workflows, and architecture for maintainability

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SQL Server, and data modeling
• Experience with Power Automate for building complex workflows and integrations
• Familiarity with Common Data Service (CDS) and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Ability to write and debug Power Fx formulas and expressions
• Understanding of security roles, permissions, and environment management in Power Platform
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills


Willingness to work in a shift pattern from

2 PM to 10 PM

• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
• Experience with Python for data processing or integration tasks
• Familiarity with Windows Task Scheduler or cron jobs for scheduled automation
• Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or custom connectors

Job Description

This is a cross-functional position that provides production support to multiple groups within Operations Services or enterprise wide. Executes a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational systems and interacts with multiple internal partners. Duties may include functions related to transaction processing, data entry, archiving, researching, machine troubleshooting and vendor/client interaction over the phone or email. May have direct contact with third-party vendors and/or external customers. Researches exceptions and escalate issues to management as appropriate. May have the opportunity to recommend and implement developed processing improvements within production. The function of this position may include performing a variety of clerical duties related to mailing, sorting, and/or delivering mail.

Basic Qualifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years of related work experience

- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and department policies, procedures, products and support systems
- Proficient problem-solving skills including the ability to identify, research and resolve difficult and complex situations
- Proven commitment to high quality customer service

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Risk Oversight
    Provide leadership in identifying, assessing, and mitigating third-party risks across the enterprise, with a focus on critical services, operational resilience, information security, compliance, and concentration risk. Drive alignment with enterprise risk appetite and regulatory expectations.
  • Program Governance & Lifecycle Management
    Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of third-party lifecycle processes—including due diligence, risk assessments, monitoring, issue remediation, and exit strategies—ensuring consistency with internal policies and control frameworks.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
    Act as a strategic advisor and escalation point for business line leaders, risk SMEs, legal, compliance, and procurement. Facilitate informed decision-making and ensure appropriate risk treatment strategies are applied across third-party engagements.
  • Performance & Service Level Oversight
    Lead the governance of third-party performance against defined SLAs and KPIs. Drive accountability for remediation of underperformance and ensure alignment with business continuity and resiliency objectives.
  • Regulatory & Policy Alignment
    Maintain subject matter expertise on evolving regulatory requirements (e.g., OCC, FRB, DORA) and internal policies. Ensure the TPRM program remains compliant and audit-ready and proactively address regulatory changes.
  • Portfolio & Relationship Management
    Provide oversight of third-party portfolios across business lines, ensuring effective segmentation, risk assessments, and alignment with strategic objectives. Foster strong relationships with key third-party contacts and internal stakeholders to support service delivery and risk mitigation.
  • Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
    Champion enhancements to TPRM tools, processes, and reporting capabilities. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Risk Reporting & Governance Support
    Support business line CROs and risk committees with timely, accurate reporting on third-party risk posture, emerging issues, and remediation progress. Ensure transparency and accountability across the TPRM ecosystem.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Business, Finance, or related field (advanced certifications such as CTPRP, CRVPM preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership in program or team management.
  • 6+ years of experience in third-party risk, vendor management, or enterprise risk functions.
  • Deep understanding of third-party risk domains (e.g., cybersecurity, compliance, operational resilience).
  • Proven ability to influence across functions and levels, including senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
