In a Financial Analyst role you will provide leadership in the areas of financial forecasting, efficiency improvements, reporting enhancements, risk and profitability analyses, and financial modeling. Your role may be in one or more of these areas: Manufacturing, Business Unit, Financial Planning

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving financial excellence and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the financial results for the business
  • Cross functional partnering to ensure financial compliance
  • Understanding and explaining the relationship between operational performance, financial results and compliance
  • Providing a strategic view of the business and processes by incorporating competitive analysis to drive financial performance
  • Continuous process improvement and automation in financial processes and reporting activities

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related business degree
  • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
  • Fresh graduates or graduates with less than 2 years working experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of internal control principles and accounting policies and procedures
  • Systems knowledge/skills including: Excel, SAP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to team and collaborate effectively with people in different functions, countries and cultures
  • Ability to build strong, influential relationships
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize work, balance multiple projects and drive for results in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

As an Operations Analyst, your role may be in one or more of these areas:

  • Inventory Operations: Set the operating plan to get the right products to our customers on time; focus on new products ramps and improving cycle times on existing products; work in tandem with manufacturing planning to execute the start plan.
  • Manufacturing Operations: Ensure start plan execution at factories; analyze factory optimization and monitor product support at key manufacturing sites;.
  • Customer Operations: Increase customer satisfaction by identifying weaknesses in customers' supply chain and implementing optimal supply chain solutions for each site/program/device. Learn customer's end business markets and utilize this knowledge to assist business forecasting and anticipating disruptions.
  • Logistics: Improving inbound/outbound transportation flows, along with optimizing the network of finished goods between factories and TI product distribution centers, and managing delivery of TI products directly to customers.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related field
  • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
  • Fresh graduates or graduates with less than 2 years working experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery

Job Description

As an accountant, you will support internal controls, ensure financial statement accuracy, and be a business partner in supporting TI's growth strategies. You will own execution of income statement and balance sheet close activities, inter-company costing, audits, inventory valuation, and more. Your role may be in one or more of these areas: Manufacturing, Business Units, or Financial Accounting.

Responsibilities can include:

  • Monthly and quarterly close, P&L and balance sheet actuals, inventory valuation, inventory, capital and process control audits, pricing, and full compliance with Internal Control Checklist (ICC), TI Policies & Procedures, and GAAP.
  • Support and lead capital accounting processes, including new request, capitalization of projects, depreciation forecasting, audits, and compliance
  • Collaborate with finance team and management team on operational performance reviews, balance sheet and finance actuals reviews, cost reduction activities, and ad hoc analysis
  • Ownership of internal costing activities, including new material set-up, quarterly pricing cycle, and impact analysis
  • Continuously seeking process improvements, including but not limited to automation, efficiency and accuracy
  • Participate in and leading a variety of priority teams and initiatives

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related business degree
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and managerial cost accounting
  • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
  • Fresh graduates or graduates with less than 2 years working experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SAP, Excel, BPC and Business Objects
  • Strong understanding of internal control principles and accounting policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to team and collaborate effectively with people in different functions, countries and cultures
  • Ability to build strong, influential relationships

Your role may be in one or more of these areas:

  • Supply/Demand Analyst: Monitoring product support at key manufacturing sites; performing supply and demand analysis; analyzing supply strategy and factory optimization; and making improvements in reporting through the use of automation. Optimizing efficiencies in business planning, supply chain, strategic factory processes, inventory management and customer support.
  • Customer Operations: Increase customer satisfaction by identifying weaknesses in customers' supply chain and implementing optimal supply chain solutions for each site/program/device. Learn customer's end business markets and utilize this knowledge to assist business forecasting and anticipating disruptions.
  • Procurement: Learning and leading sourcing activities including qualifying bidders, conducting bid discussions, analyzing bid results, and awarding opportunities to key suppliers through the use of standardized process tools. Identifying, defining processes for, and deploying new systems capabilities to WPL logistics and procurement team members. Developing and implementing global sourcing strategies, leading bids and negotiating with global suppliers, implementing and sustaining cost reduction initiatives.
  • Pricing: Executing pricing and developing quoting strategies for assigned areas of responsibility which enable sales to achieve revenue and share growth while maximizing TI profit.
  • Logistics: Improving inbound/outbound transportation flows, along with optimizing the network of finished goods between factories and TI product distribution centers, and managing delivery of TI products directly to customers.

Minimum requirements:
