How you’ll spend your day
  • Collection and preparation of documents intended for submission of CMC variation packages
  • Evaluation of changes and support for their implementation in drug documentation for EU, US, IL market, as well as monitoring the status of requests and agreed activities
  • Participation in meetings for projects within responsibility and informing other organizational units about the content of the registration file
  • Work with regulatory team and other functions to create solutions and implement agreed mitigation plans
  • Provide regulatory input throughout the product life cycle of responsible product lines and understand or raise regulatory obstacles to Head of regulatory Function
  • Preparation of responses to authorities’ requests within regulated timeframe
  • Update status through electronic systems, database and relevant forums
Your experience and qualifications
  • University degree (Pharmacist/Biologist/Chemist/ Engeneering/ Biomedical)
  • 2-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs in CMC, quality assurance and control, drug development or analytics will be an advantage
  • Experience of working with Multi-national companies in Pharmaceuticals
  • Knowledge in regulation, requirements and guidelines
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hebrew
  • Ability to work in dynamic environment, multi-tasking,
  • Ability to work both individually and in the team, to cooperate on cross-country level and with different business units
  • Experience in global environment- advantage
  • Experience with sterile products
  • Experience with medical device combined product- advantage
  • Knowledge with electronic systems and databases

A Day in the Life of the HR Process Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

As an HR Process Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our global strategic roadmap for HR process excellence. Your mission is to design, implement, and continuously improve leaner and more employee experience-driven HR processes that support organizational efficiency and our HR transformation.
You will be driving the HR Process Excellence roadmap and ensuring the implementation and measurable impact of process improvements across all regions and HR functions. You will work closely with global stakeholders to align initiatives with business priorities, leveraging methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking. A key focus will be on automating and leveraging advanced technologies to streamline HR operations, enhance data-driven decision making, and regularly monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
In addition to driving the transformation of our HR processes, you will ensure excellent change management to foster buy-in and sustainable adoption of new ways of working globally and facilitate global HR forums and training sessions to embed a culture of process excellence and innovation within HR.

  • Proven experience in process mapping, optimization, and redesign in a global context
  • Expertise in improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) and project/change management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage resistance
  • Proven experience in change management projects
  • A global mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills

  • Coordinate cross-functional and multi-site efforts to ensure project execution according to schedule.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, particularly during the execution phase; develop with the team the optimum batch sizes and system setups needed to meet project requirements.
  • Define and manage risk plan and apply contingencies for all assigned projects.
  • Utilize team to identify constraints within the sites and solve conflicts based on priorities set by site and above site groups.
  • Serve as primary contact for all assigned projects.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the project implementation with the markets and ensure quality delivery, within project scope and timelines
Your experience and qualifications
  • Academic degree in Industrial engineering, Materials / Chemical engineering or Life science – must
  • Master degree in the same fields or MBA – advantage
  • Work experience from a manufacturing company
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects in pharmaceutical organizations - significant advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of R&D & Production processes, quality and regulatory requirements - significant advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to motivate people into action
  • Ability to adapt to changes
  • High analytical and problem solving skills
  • High execution skills
  • Fluent speaking and reading English capabilities - must
