Responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop, maintain, and optimise end-to-end product development plans across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory timelines.

- Educated to Degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific, engineering, or business discipline.
- Experienced in project planning or project management. A formal project management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a solid understanding of the drug development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with global regulatory guidelines, compliance frameworks, and submission processes- Strong preference
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities, with a proactive approach to managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in project planning software (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Epicflow desirable).

- ריכוז קשר מול בעלי רישום/ יצרנים/ יבואנים.
- ביצוע תהליכי בקרת והבטחת איכות על תהליכי התאמות אריזה.
- תמיכה בפעילויות בית המרקחת : מתן מענה לפניות מטופלים, מעקב אחר אישורים, תיאום משלוחים, הזמנת תרופות.
- ארגון ותפעול ימי עיון במערך הרוקחות והבטחת האיכות.
- ביצוע משימות נוספות כגון: כתיבת ועדכון נהלים, הדרכות, דיווח ומעקב אחר מדדים, תחקירים, ניהול סיכונים, מבדקים, בקרות שינוי.
Your experience and qualifications
- תואר ראשון בתחום המדעים – חובה
- שליטה מלאה בעברית ובאנגלית - חובה
- הסמכה לעריכת מבדקים – יתרון משמעותי
- ניסיון בהבטחת איכות - יתרון
- ניסיון קודם בהבטחת איכות ו/או בבית מסחר לתרופות – יתרון

- Responsible to define data flow and additional startup activities related to study initiation
- Responsible to perform, supervise and manage day-to-day activities associated with receipt of clinical (CRF and non CRF) and operational (when relevant) data in accordance with study timelines
- Responsible to perform data handling activities/unblinding activities on an ongoing basis to ensure accuracy, reliability, integrity, consistency and completeness of the data prior to database lock and providing the final data to clinical programming and statistics after database lock
- Bachelor’s + 10 years or Master’s + 8 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical or clinical research setting as a programmer
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s Degree/ PhD in Science, Statistics, Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- Thorough understanding of Clinical data, SDTM IG and Pinnacle 21
- 8+ years of SAS Programming experience
