Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Tracking & Monitoring
• Summarizing key findings from regular performance reports. Use different performance reports to summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) for biosimilar products in the in-line portfolio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure dashboards and reports delivered to the brand team provide transparency into sales performance, market share, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with Business Analytics & Insights to align on and deliver key insights
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver in-depth market, competitor, and payer analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
• Translate complex analytics and actionable insights provided by cross-functional partners into recommendations supporting marketing, sales, and pricing strategies.
• Support the development of volume and revenue forecasts and performance projections.
• Partner with Forecasting and Finance to evaluate business performance against strategic goals and budgets.

2. Strategic Decision Support
• Provide analytical support for commercial strategy, product launches, and lifecycle management decisions.
• Work with cross-functional partners to model different market scenarios to assess potential business outcomes and recommend strategic adjustments.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs teams to provide insights that enhance commercial execution.
• Align business analytics with regulatory, compliance, and patient access requirements.

4. Process Optimization
• Continuously evaluate data management and reporting processes to collaborate cross-functionally and improve accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to Implement best practices in business performance tracking and predictive analytics.

5. Stakeholder Communication
• Deliver clear and concise presentations of business insights to senior management and cross-functional partners.
• Provide recommendations that inform short-term tactics and long-term strategic initiatives.

Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical business analytics, commercial operations, business performance management, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, preferably oncology and/or biosimilars.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization and influence without direct authority.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $128,000 – $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

• Operation and maintenance of HVAC & Compressed air system & Nitrogen plant. Also responsible for filter cleaning, whole plant AC’s monitoring & maintenance, cooling systems, small projects, improvement, new initiatives, energy saving, modification, automation, new process developments. Etc. of site.
• Perform the preventive maintenance and filter cleaning activity as per the schedule.
• Co-ordination with cross functional departments.
• Preventive maintenance and filter cleaning schedule preparation for all HVAC, Dust collector, Dehumidifire system.
• Keep maintain all log books and building maintenace record.
• Perform the validation of HVAC systems as per the scheduler with the co-ordination with external vendor
• Adher the calibration planner for the all instruments in service floor and other utilities.
• Check and adhere all legal, health and safety regulations are being followed inline to Teva standards.
• Maintain the HVAC system inline to the Quality and Safety standards of Teva.
• Upkeep the Equipment availability by analysing and reducing the breakdowns and performing the Scheduled maintenance activities.
• Leads work area in his shifts and ensures personal safety and also make ensures the whole execution activity would be performed as per site safety compliance and procedures.
• Monitor and take care the contractor safety and induction, also routine evaluation of safe practices.
• Work in ERP, and other QMS software’s.
• Keep the facility in good condition (5S) with proper building maintenance.
• Responsible to work in shift all the Shifts.
• Execute activities & deliverables, and prepare required reports as per the direction of manager.
• Execute GEP documentation like qualification, validation, change management, Project management and other quality-related engineering documentation.

• Overall responsibilities for activities of engineering.
• Monitoring / review of procedures, cGMP records in engineering store and to ensure compliance.
• Prepare / review of Engineering store SOP’s in Glorya Electronic Data Management System.
• To ensure readiness of the department for regulatory inspections and ensure their compliance.
• Up keeping of engineering store compliance.
• Initiation / execution of Change Controls, Deviations, Investigations, CAPA’s in Trackwise System for engineering store and its timely closure.
• Follow up for any deficiency and corrective actions.
• Physical stock verification and it’s reconciliation to confirm the availability of stock for effective procurement of material in co-ordination with cross functional departments and share the list of materials availability monthly once to immediate supervisors.

• Monitoring of receipt / issuance of miscellaneous, UD clearance of materials/miscellaneous, consumables and ancillary materials and its documentation.
• Ensure verification of physical inventory count as per inventory count cycle.
• To motivate the team member for reporting of near miss events and non-safety incidents.
• Monitoring of disposal of scrap from scrap yard area and up keeping of scrap yard.
• Monitoring of disposal of miscellaneous/chemical process as per standard procedure in engineering store with its documentation and controls.
• Printing/pasting of quarantine labels on ancillary materials.
• Ensure compliance of material handling in engineering store as per SOX.
• Ensure compliance to the requirement of policy and procedure on data integrity.
• Handling of SAP R/3 System (engineering store related transactions), Trackwise System and Glorya Electronic Data Management System (as applicable).
• Ensure all assigned training requirements are completed in learning platform (Studium).
• Co-ordination with cross-functional departments for smooth functioning of department activities.

Ensure and mitigate quality risks and strengthen strong quality culture.
Handle site project-related statutory compliances and review it.
Approval of GMP Document destruction Log.

2.Project Management, Capex & Engineering
Plan and implement projects, also define project scope, goals and deliverables. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Create project schedule - timeline, define projects tasks and required resources. Allocate project resources of vendor and manage company project team.
Manage site project budget and its spending as per commitment, also prepare yearly project AOP.
Track deliverables, monitor and report on project progress. Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs, Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Oversee the closure of projects within the approved budget.
Tracking & Monitoring of Capital Project Compliances.

3. Facility Management
Maintaining the facility and overseeing the daily administrative operations.
Creating and maintaining budgets for maintenance, repairs and contracts.
Oversee the cleaning, landscaping, Secuirity, Transportation, Telecom & Canteen services.
Oversee building projects and renovations.
Manage maintenance and staffing budgets.
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
Develop and maintain a vendor base for a cost-efficient procurement of inventory.
Renewal of Annual service & AMC contracts in best prices.

4.Team Manager, Engineering Excellence
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Manage reporties and their performance. Review from time to time with them and lead annual performance review.
Assists in development and monitoring implementation of Project Excellence policies, procedures, and processes.
Monitors performance of the Projects against KPIs and objectives on a regular basis.

Provide expert guidance and support to site /global colleagues to ensure that latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices are in place. Plan and lead the global programs required to enhance site team capabilities in the field of plant utilities and energy management.

Responsible to ensures safe, reliable, and cost-efficient plant utilities to support production and facility operations, while complying with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Develop and maintain engineering standards /guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry expectations.

• Should be able to act as the global SME for plant utilities and energy management in the pharmaceutical industry (sterile and non-sterile)
• Should be able to plan, design and prepare the deliverables independently required in different project phases like feasibility studies, conceptual design, Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and detail design related to plant utility systems.
• Should have strong knowledge about greenfield and brownfield projects from inception till execution including validation /commissioning including strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Should have excellent knowledge on key topics like steam boilers, condensate recovery systems, compressed air, nitrogen, process gases, cooling and heating utilities, etc.
• Should have good understanding knowledge on international codes and standards like ASHRAE, ASTM, ISO, ISPE etc.
• Responsible to prepare, develop, review and publish internal company Standards, Datasheets/URS, best practices, guidelines in line with the national/international and applicable local guidelines.

• Able to perform technical evaluation of proposals and define opportunity areas.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, reduce emissions and operating costs.
• Guide / support team to develop technically sound solutions to reduce utility consumption / operating costs / CO2 emissions and improve the life of assets in compliance with the required guidelines and codes.
• Able to integrate into the utility planning / design with focus on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and environmentally friendly solutions.
• Ability to understand and guide team to develop/ monitor required KPIs to meet sustainability and energy management goals.

• Bachelors/master’s degree in chemical / mechanical engineering
• 15+ years of experience in design, engineering, consulting, construction and in commissioning of plant/black utilities in the Pharma / chemical Industry.
• Working experience in manufacturing, consulting is preferred
• Energy Efficiency Auditor Certification
• Good Knowledge of ISO 50001:2018 is preferred
