How you’ll spend your day
  • Technical/functional knowledge in Accounting and reporting process area
  • Ensuring that accruals are properly recorded and analyzed
  • Preparation of Journal Entries & Supporting schedule
  • Supporting monthly and quarterly activities of multiple entities
  • Analysis of the various accounts and variances per legal entities, obtain explanation on deviations and prepare a summarized reporting on a monthly basis within scheduled time
  • Preparation and review of account reconciliations
  • Overall understanding of how processes within Financial Reporting area influences system feeds and final reports
  • Supporting standardization of processes and tasks across the team
  • Acting as a key contact for local and global teams for record-to-report related questions
  • Ensuring that accounting books and records comply with accounting policies and regulations
  • Providing supporting documents and explanations for all internal and external audits as and when required
  • Participating in ad-hoc projects
Your experience and qualifications
  • University education in Accounting or Finance required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and/or auditing
  • Preferably familiar with US GAAP
  • Good knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley Act and/or internal control concepts
  • Good working knowledge of SAP or any other ERPs
  • Good understanding of accounting and reporting processes
  • Good analytical skills
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in English, other language is a plus
  • Experience in a multinational firm or within a shared service center is preferred
  • Hands-on and proactive; strong organizational skills
  • Accustomed to working with deadlines, in a dynamic environment
  • Results driven and service-oriented to internal and external customers
  • Excellent collaboration with colleagues within the local organization and with the colleagues of the global business service to support the overall Finance department’s goals and objectives
  • Flexible and able to work in a changing environment

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for dealmaking execution and strategy for driving Teva’s growth in innovative medicines on a global scale and scope. Significant focus on near-term opportunities to enhance our commercial business.
  • Identify, evaluate, structure, negotiate and close a diverse range of transactions, including in-licensing, out-licensing, co-development partnerships, joint ventures, funding agreements and M&A / Bolt-On opportunities.
  • Leads as the internal champion to drive alignment and gain endorsement for the proposed transactions, collaborations, and partnerships. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including R&D, legal, finance and commercial, to assess opportunities and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Oversees all internal “deal teams” to drive internal and external processes to bring deals to closure. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Assess, build, mentor and lead a high-performing team across multiple locations.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • Proven Track Record in Transactions Demonstrated success in sourcing, evaluating, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals, including BD&L, M&A, strategic partnerships, and financing transactions within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
  • Strategic Leadership Enterprise-level experience shaping business development strategy and driving execution in a fast-paced, competitive, and highly matrixed global organization.
  • Industry Expertise Deep familiarity with the pharma/biotech ecosystem, preferably gained through a senior leadership role in a global big pharma or large biotech organization.
  • Global Collaboration Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across diverse functions and international geographies, fostering alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Agility in Ambiguity Proven ability to operate effectively in environments of uncertainty and change, demonstrating resilience, resourcefulness, and swift decision-making.

We are looking for a Sr Manager, Microbiology-Quality Compliance Expert - TAPI.
The main purpose of your job will be to ensure that the Microbiology laboratories, systems , procedures related to Quality Compliance System at TAPI sites is in place, securing compliance of activities, OOS investigations, Micro CCS, quality risk management, escalation of risks, and continuous improvement. Your role will include providing governance through strong collaboration with manufacturing site operations to foster excellence in inspection management and inspection readiness at TAPI sites. You will support manufacturing site remediation activities directly.This role will ensure that each site receives the right level of support to sustain and continuously improve GMP compliance related to Microbiology and other quality compliance support, to strategize the development and overall implementation of remedial plans, to solve quality-related compliance issues, to identify areas of improvement for quality operational performance in line with business needs and in accordance with TAPI standards. Moreover, you will foster and develop onsite Quality culture across all sites.

How you’ll spend your day

• Support the Implementation of the Site Inspection Readiness Program focusing on Microbiology labs and related areas
• Input, Review and Approval of Complex Investigations ( OOS, Deviations, Incidents, etc.)
• End to End Support for Health Authority Inspections focused on Microbiological aspects
• Support the Implementation of Quality Risk Management
• Review and Monitor Quality Improvement Plans
• Train Site Colleagues on the Microbiology fundamentals, investigations, and Corporate Standard System
• Support Global Quality Compliance Initiatives eg; Cross contamination strategies
• Data Reliability assessments, gap evaluations, GxP data mapping in the micro labs
• Review global TAPI policies and standards and provide inputs
• Expected to spend reviewing QMS areas outside microbiology subject that related to QIPs, Data trending, signal detection, managing quality forums, leading CoPs related to Microbiology and relevant Quality management systems ( CAPA, Investigations, QRM etc)

• Establish and monitor governance on data integrity requirements.
• Cooperate with other functions on Quality projects and their role out.
• Act as a quality SME and support global compliance initiatives upon request
• Participate in audits upon request.
• Fosters knowledge sharing among sites within the TAPI

Your experience and qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Microbiology and demonstrated knowledge in cGXP regulations.
• 10+ years' experience in GMP environment, continuous professional development 5+ years' experience in Microbiology laboratory, managerial tasks, organization Exposure to International working environment
• Mix of experience in Micro, Quality systems would be preferred.
• Very good understanding and insight into the different aspects of quality functions like QC, QA, Quality Systems, Compliance, etc.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory standards and guidance in Pharmaceutical Industry and expectation of global regulatory bodies, including US FDA, PMDA and ANVISA requirements
• Performance management and reporting
• Project management, monitoring, execution and reporting
• Problem solving and good team work skills
• Proactive orientation, communication skills
• Proven influencing capabilities
• Fluent in English

How you’ll spend your day

  • Monitor and maintain hardware platforms including blade systems and hyperconverged infrastructure.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, and related virtualization technologies.
  • Practical experience with hybrid cloud environments and VMware Cloud solutions (e.g., VMware on AWS, Azure VMware Solution).
  • Experience with scripting and automation frameworks (e.g., PowerCLI, Python, Ansible).
  • Familiarity with vRealize Operations (vROps) for monitoring and optimization (preferred).
  • Knowledge of networking and security in virtualized and cloud environments (e.g., NSX, firewalls, load balancers).
