• Optimizing the structure of work instructions for the Material Planning department by creating new documents, refining existing ones, and ensuring alignment among all Material Planners. Additionally, the role involves identifying and highlighting process deviations
• Direct contact with suppliers, stakeholders and management from day one
• Drive improvement and cost reduction projects within the material planning team
• Regular checks to maintain data accuracy within the ERP system
• Act as interface between the material planners and the material handlers
• Assist material planners with quotes, reporting, sourcing, returns, lost parts, ERP updates and several challenging operative tasks

• Preferably studying or experienced in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Economics or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Database experience is advantageous
• Capable of working in a fast paced and always changing environment
• Proactive teamplayer and work mentality, analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude
• Good Level in German and English (C1 Level)
• Relevant internship experience (supply chain) is a plus

• Work collaboratively with fast-paced, cross-functional teams to solve complex issues, set goals, track deliverables, and report out
• Coordinate and execute production line trials and critical validation builds
• Manage cross-functional production launch activities, support pre-production build and launch activities
• Provide updates in weekly program and executive reviews for project/program development and implementation status
• Track project milestones including task duration and resource usage
• Create reports showing critical path activities and schedules
• Perform project walks with system owners

• Currently working towards a BS, MS, or advanced degree in engineering, project management, business or other related fields
• PMP, PMI certificates or experience in project management is helpful
• Experience working with design, development and implementation of projects. Preference in the automotive industry or high-speed automated lines
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate dynamic cross-functional projects with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and test to meet project timelines
• Proficient at risk management and communication
• Aquaintance with working in time critical and fast-paced product development
• Strong process and continuous improvement mindset.

There will also be the possibility for you to help with onboarding new people in the organization and participate in additional project work. Most importantly, you will support everyday work of our HR Partners and get to know HR processes. If necessary, you will also help to develop content and documents for meetings and workshops.

• Work with different internal teams (Logistics, Engineering, Deployment etc.) as well as external partners to ensure a healthy stock and smooth deployment process of our PSU (Pre-Assembled Supercharger Unit)
• Contribute to a variety of projects depending on team requirements, challenging you to come up with creative solutions
• Optimize and increase the quality of the whole chain in conjunction with Deployment Managers of all EMEA regions, from site planning, equipment order, to delivery on site.

• Pursuing a education in a technical area/ field

• Familiar with Solidworks or CATIA is a plus

• Perform equipment setup, operation, adjustments, and minor preventative maintenance tasks to meet safety, quality and efficiency standards for equipment in varying development stages.
• Identify problems and potential solutions to troubleshoot issues as they arise during engineering builds.
• Inspect and test finished product during and after engineering builds.
• Document results during and post engineering development builds in a clear and concise manner.
• Assemble and test manufactured goods for dedicated tooling and or processes.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop test methods.
• Load and unload material, weight varying, into containers and tools.
• Develop operating procedures for equipment or new processes in standard format.
• Conduct analytical tests, measure and record data using defined tools and software.
• Support work area safety, cleanliness, material usage and organization.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of safety, quality, output, and tool uptime.

• Experience in semiconductor, optics, cell, start-up or pilot production environment.
• Experience with operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency with power tools and good motor skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, good organization, analytical and reasoning skills.
• Ability to work with others in cross-functional team environment and follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable with frequent change of direction, dynamic work environment and passion to perform time-sensitive analysis under pressure.
