Who are you?

• 2+ years of experience deploying LLM models
• Experience with LLM, NLP, and data science Python libraries
• Deep understanding of LLM architecture, optimization, and prompting techniques
• Experience with building RAG-based applications.
• Experience in scalable and performant serving of LLM-based systems
• Experience with Python and high-scale production projects
• 5+ years of development experience
• All-around team player, fast, self-learning individual

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with LLMOps, embedding models, data pipelines, and vector databases
• Experience with Code GenAI and RAG in code generation, code analysis
• Experience with encoder-only models for code retrievals

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying, acquiring, and integrating new data sources (open-source, dark web, proprietary databases, fraud consortiums, etc.).
• Building and managing intelligence pipelines to feed the company’s platform
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for fraud prevention, providing guidance on emerging threats and best practices
• Conduct research on scam techniques, vulnerabilities, and fraud trends.
• Secure integrations with third-party fraud intelligence providers.
• Produce intelligence reports and risk assessments.

• 5+ years of experience in threat intelligence/fraud intelligence / financial crime, or security research
• Experience sourcing, evaluating, and integrating intelligence data from multiple sources:
• Strong background in data aggregation and database management (SQL, Python, or similar for data handling).
• Deep understanding of fraud typologies, scam tactics, and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with models, networks, and data science practices (advantageous but not required).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in fraud detection methodologies and AI-driven fraud prevention.
• Hands-on experience with fraud intelligence platforms and investigative tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

As a Product Analyst, you’ll be responsible for analyzing data to support the company’s product strategy and drive measurable impact. This includes informing the product roadmap with data, generating customer-specific insights, evaluating feature performance, and supporting experimentation and iteration. You’ll work with a uniquely rich dataset – conversations between patients and care teams – that captures the human side of healthcare: medical challenges, social needs, and moments of trust, confusion, and empathy.

This role goes far beyond executing analyses. You’ll apply product thinking, shape how problems are framed, and guide what questions we ask of the data. You’ll help customers understand what their data is telling them, translate insights into action, and ensure our tools drive real outcomes—whether it’s improving care delivery, highlighting training gaps, or surfacing missed opportunities.

• High proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (Python, R or similar) and visualization/dashboard platforms (e.g. Tableau or Looker)
• 2+ years of experience in Analyst/Data Scientist positions
• Thoroughness and attention to detail
• Great communication skills
