Your role will include:

• Working across the entire development life cycle to architect, build, test, deploy, and support high-quality and reliable large-scale services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including full-stack engineers, product managers, and researchers, to deliver high-quality solutions

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building production-level web applications in large-scale SaaS products.

• 3+ years of experience with GO/Python programming language, developing high-scale applications.

As a Product Analyst, you’ll be responsible for analyzing data to support the company’s product strategy and drive measurable impact. This includes informing the product roadmap with data, generating customer-specific insights, evaluating feature performance, and supporting experimentation and iteration. You’ll work with a uniquely rich dataset – conversations between patients and care teams – that captures the human side of healthcare: medical challenges, social needs, and moments of trust, confusion, and empathy.

This role goes far beyond executing analyses. You’ll apply product thinking, shape how problems are framed, and guide what questions we ask of the data. Key Responsibilities :

• Full-Stack Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for both the web application and the Node.js-based gateway service in building, maintaining, and optimizing a highly scalable and feature-rich web platform that serves our enterprise clients.
• Architecting for Scale : Design and implement solutions that ensure our platform can handle massive data volumes while maintaining high performance and flexibility for complex use cases.
