In your daily work as a Senior Developer (f/m/d) you will

• be responsible for design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of solution capabilities and features in our BTP based cloud solution with CAP for node.
• work in a continuous deployment / continuous integration-based development environment being responsible for test automation with unit-, integration-, end to end, load- and performance tests.
• realize solution features while being deeply involved in the software development process from the conceptual refinement over implementation until delivery and maintenance.
• work within a development team closely together with the development manager, user experience colleagues, product managers and development architects to ensure realization of top-notch user friendly and market-oriented features.

The TEM role focuses on the following key areas:

• Accountable for annual revenue goals established for the territory. The TEM can be considered a sales manager for the territory as he/she is managing the sales people of the Partner as though these were SAP sales resources.

• Responsible for achieving revenue and bookings targets via the partners operating in the territory and leveraging the digital hub services.

• Creates, monitors and reviews revenue generation activities in the assigned territory, establishing innovative approaches to generate business via assigned partners and ensures partners execute accordingly.

• If requested by the customer or Partner, the TEM contacts customers and participates in relevant selling activities (in compliance with SAP Channel Operations policies).

• Enables the partner to independently drive business with the following resources:

• Partner demand generation plan to build a business pipeline

• Partner resource utilization plan so partners have full access to and are utilizing SAP resources, tools and methodologies

• Coaches partner to generate demand, manage and progress pipeline, forecast and, where needed, to build recovery plans. Responsible for forecasting in the designated territory.

• Drives adoption and consumption (including renewals and upsells) at territory level with partner teams. Drives partners to delivery against SAP quality standards.

• Engages with Partner Manager on Sales Planning and Partner Business Planning for the territory covered and facilitates operational support for partners with the Partner Manager.

• Triggers and assists partners to consume Digital Services as required during the sales cycle and in customer success activities.

• Guides the reporting on sales progress throughout the year. Identifies deviations from plans and actively engages in measures to deliver agreed goals with Partner Manager.

Meet your team:

• Sales Managers in the assigned territory responsible for managing multiple Partners reselling in their designated territory and for achieving targets.

• Partner coaches in the assigned territory ensuring partners are equipped to effectively drive customer success to develop trusted long-term customer relationships.

• Partner Manager counterparts in the assigned territory working closely with Partners to coordinate all partner-relevant activities along all stages of the Customer Value Journey.

Responsibilities:

• Assess requirements necessary for training or fine-tuning large langue models (LLM) for BTP ABAP
• Design, architect and implement LLM algorithms to process and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and provide insights.
• Design and architect large scale training and deployment systems. This includes reuse and integration with BTP GenAI Hub
• Evaluate the effectiveness of user interactions and model performance continuously, iterating on feedback.Conduct experiments and performance evaluations of AI models.
• Work hand in hand with the developers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Explore, understand, and implement most recent AI technologies, like Large Language Models, Generative AI, etc.
• Share your knowledge and educate developers to harness latest in technology for business application development.
• As the LLM models you need to work on are all ABAP code generation type of models, deep understanding of ABAP programming is mandatory, past experience as ABAP developer is a plus.

What you bring:

• University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or related technical field and possess relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for Machine Learning
• Extensive knowledge in architecting, training and validating ML models, as well as experience in machine learning evaluation metrics and best practices
• Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, design patterns, multi-threaded programming, and software design principles
• Proficiency in ABAP programming language is necessary. Candidates are expected to understand ABAP development principles, SAP systems, and programming models.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Education:
  • Graduate with a Bachelor or Honors Degree in IT/Computer Science/Physics/Mathematics/Engineering/Business with IT or an equivalent qualification.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required. An MBA is considered a plus.
• Experience:
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role, with proven ability to engage with dedicated customers at the project and senior management levels.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and Business Technology Platform is desired.
  • A proven track record in managing issues, scope, and quality, while ensuring that areas of responsibility and tasks are completed successfully within time requirements.

As Cyber Security Design Senior Specialist – Technical Vulnerability Management, the focus of your activities will be on the following tasks:
