Expectations and Tasks:

Lead engagement planning of Premium Engagement services to customer situation requirements, solutions, create a value proposition, secure customer alignment, contracts, including working with account teams, solution or industry experts, partners, executives, and delivery support teams. Lead engagement quality and execution of Premium Engagement services, including governance, top issue escalation management, executive reporting & presentations, resource staffing, procurement, contract management, and services delivery. Lead engineering services or resources for end-to-end projects or focused phased activities, including design, optimization, assessment, technical integration, validation, operations, escalations, empower training, and workshops.

Education and Occupational Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Experience must involve five (5) years in the following:

What you bring
