We are looking for a team member who is able to demonstrate and/or is keen to learn the following:
• interest in innovative topics, a natural curiosity, and the capability to learn how to translate those into customer digital transformation strategy
• basic understanding of the mutual interdependencies between the business and IT aspects of customers’ transformation programs
• general knowledge of the latest trends in information technology, preferably SAP Cloud solutions and services and their relevance for customers’ business

• Learn and understand the Customer Services & Delivery portfolio for the respective solution areas and delivers according to service specifications
• Conduct job rotations relevant to the intended role with various teams within the business whilst meeting performance requirements
• Case studies, classroom and self-paced learnings with a mix of technical and soft skill topics and on the job training
• Work on relevant projects that demonstrate your communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic that delivers high quality outcomes

What you'll do
As a Payroll Consultant you will coordinate and support local payroll operations in assigned EMEA countries who have outsourced payroll. You will also drive the enhancement of globally defined standards and processes related to payroll processing. Through the coordination and the support of local Payroll experts you will define, set and monitor quality standards for payroll operations, ensuring they are met.
What you bring
You will need to have previous experience of payroll or HR administration in a service-orientated environment. This role requires the accurate handling of confidential information and so you must have a strong eye for detail.
You are supposed to:
· Be a single point of contact for external payroll vendor for countries in scope of responsibilities and ensure smooth cooperation
· Cooperate with Local HR Services and other stakeholders internally on payroll related tasks and daily operation work within EMEA
· Set up and maintain payroll controls and documentation procedures
· Regularly review operational tasks, assumptions and recommendations
· Ensure compliance regulations, guidelines and governance
· Initiate and drive forward process improvement discussion and coordinate cooperation of involved stakeholders across the organization

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
· Minimum of 2 years working experience in payroll administration or HR
· Upper-intermediate in English
· Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Technical Service Managers (TSM) play a critical part in helping our customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey and enable them to achieve the business values and outcomes they want from their SAP landscape. Your will act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and partners. This includes analyzing customer’s business requirements and problems and working across the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and other SAP departments to provide quality services to our customers, resolve technical complexities and accompany them throughout their entire cloud transformation journey.

Understand the customer business, goals, and challenges to suggest solutions & services

Understand the SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies (load-balancer, virtual machine)
Experience and knowledge in SAP NetWeaver Administration, migration and upgrades
Identify top issues, define service plan, and drive implementation of identified action items across customer landscapes
Understanding of various SAP cloud solutions and integration scenarios of SAP systems with SCP, Ariba, SuccessFactors etc. (good to have)
Design optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management.
Solid know-how on SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification highly beneficial),
Hyperscalers certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Analytical, solution-oriented and experience in working with cross-cultural teams
LANGUAGE SKILLS
English (advanced/fluent written & spoken)
WORK EXPERIENCE
3+ years of Total experience under SAP Technical Administration Background (Preferably in the domain of SAP Basis skill) and should have knowledge & experience on Administration and Operations of SAP solutions.
Among that, minimum 3 years of experience in customer facing role and should have excellent command on de-escalating the critical situations.
Hands on experience with working knowledge of Unix/Linux flavors
Hands on experience with working knowledge of SAP HANA and Sybase databases
