As a Project Management Office (Junior) Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with project managers to ensure project success across MEE
• Supporting project delivery with regional standardized PMO premium services
• Providing administrative support to Project Managers
• Utilizing tools like Cloud ALM and Joule to enhance project deliverables and efficiencies
• Collaborating with your team in both remote and onsite settings to optimize project management methodology

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

• Application specific solution consulting (for a specific application: creation of business process documents, Implementation on scope defined, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)

What you'll do

As a Payroll Consultant you will coordinate and support local payroll operations in assigned EMEA countries who have outsourced payroll. You will also drive the enhancement of globally defined standards and processes related to payroll processing. Technical Service Managers (TSM) play a critical part in helping our customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey and enable them to achieve the business values and outcomes they want from their SAP landscape. Your will act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and partners. This includes analyzing customer’s business requirements and problems and working across the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and other SAP departments to provide quality services to our customers, resolve technical complexities and accompany them throughout their entire cloud transformation journey.

• Primary contact for customers for discussions​ about technology and innovations and serve as an escalation point person for technical issues​

• Understand the customer business, goals, and challenges to suggest solutions & services

• Identify and position offerings by SAP Enterprise Cloud Services that deliver value to the customer​

• Offer comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools.

• Understand the SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies (load-balancer, virtual machine)
