  • Analyze application performance data to identify CPU, memory, and resource allocation inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Implement right-sizing, autoscaling, and efficient resource requests/limits.
  • Recommend architectural or configuration changes to improve system stability.
  • Build and maintain automation scripts for cleanup tasks, scaling policies, and resource optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize services, including application and infrastructure tuning.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Keep up with emerging technologies and advocate for continuous improvements in the development process.
  • Design and implement Java-based back-end services using Spring Boot and integrate them with SAP HANA for data processing and analytics.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs, and ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end components.

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:

Experience must involve four years in the following:

  • Node.js, Python, Golang or Java;

  • Working in an Agile, fast-paced, DevOps environment;

  • Modern back-end technology stacks, tools and standards;

  • Data structures and storage systems, and other technical tools: Postgres, Redis, Kafka, Elastic Search, or Hana Database;

  • Microservices infrastructure orchestration such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform;

  • Performance monitoring – Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Application Performance Monitoring, or Solarwinds;
