This experience is designed to provide unparalleled hands-on learning and networking opportunities. *Please note the in-person component is still in the planning phase, and the final decision will be confirmed by the first quarter of 2026. We will ensure that this information is communicated promptly, and that sufficient time is provided for necessary preparations
During intensive phases of the program, it is critical that all participants are fully engaged and present to ensure maximum learning and success. As such, vacation will not be approved during some critical times of the program

Purpose and Objective:
SuccessFactors, Inc. seeks a Senior Developer at our Newtown Square, PA location to interact with Product Managers to understand requirements and apply them to Integration solutions.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:
• React, Redux, SAP UI5 and Web Components technology, Typescript, CSS and HTML;
• Programming languages using JAVA and Python;
• Database or SQL, including Oracle or HANA, JVM and OS;
• Test automation skills with Junit, TestNG, Karma, Cypress and Jenkins;
• Scrum Master; and
• Version control tools like Git or Github.

Key Responsibilities:
