Role and Responsibilities

As a, you will support our TA team in attracting and selecting top talent.
Your main responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment Support : Assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, supporting selection activities, and participating in recruitment events. And managing candidates in Workday (ATS)
• Candidate Interaction : Communicating with candidates and internal teams, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
• Collaboration : Working closely with internal teams to support strategic recruitment initiatives.
• Administrative Support : Handling various recruitment-related tasks and contributing to team projects.

As a

• You are currently studying for an MBO or HBO degree and available for an internship of at least 4 months.
• You have an interest in recruitment
• You are proactive, creative, and have a hands-on mentality.
• You are available for 24 to 40 hours per week, with at least 3 days at our office at Schiphol.
• You speak Dutch and English

• Social Media: Assisting in the management of our social media channels and crafting engaging job postings.
• Digital Content Organization: We receive daily materials from our Suwon Office or our European Office. With so much content, ensuring all materials land with the right people can be a challenge. You will be supporting the organization and management of content from various sources (e.g., Samsung Marketing Cloud, Jira, Channext, Partner Portals).
• Professional Display Pages Management: Managing the Professional Display pages at Samsung.com is complex. We need a master in optimizing and managing the Samsung.com Professionals Display Pages, ensuring up-to-date product listings, error-free links, and better user experience.
• (E)Retail and Branding Support: Besides B2B products, we sell a lot of gaming and smart monitors through major (E)tailers. You will be supporting eRetail and branding efforts for gaming and smart monitors across key online partners.
• Finance Support: Every job requires logging expenses and investments. You will learn about Samsung’s finance and marketing procedures, and handle market expenses and investments.

As a Marketing Trainee/Intern, you bring:

• Knowledge & Experience: You are currently pursuing an HBO (or Master) degree in Economics, Communication, or Marketing. Students from other field with relevant experience and the right mindset are also welcome!
• Spontaneous Personality: You have strong communication skills and know how to convince others with your dedication and enthusiasm.
• Sociable & Proactive Mindset: You enjoy working with colleagues and external stakeholders while building a strong network.
• Critical & Analytical Thinking: You can identify new opportunities and solve challenges effectively.
• Personal Leadership: You are actively focused on your personal development. You know how your talents, pitfalls, and challenges, and you are eager to grow both professionally and personally.
• Language Skills: You speak Dutch and English fluently (French is a plus but not mandatory).
• Dynamic Attitude: You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment that is constantly evolving.
